Rockhoppin’ Trail
about Linda Doke
Three decades (plus) of ultra-distance running began with a chunk of years on tar (incl 10 Comrades, 16 Two Oceans) and followed with more than 20 years of trail, racing through canyons, on beaches, deserts, islands, glaciers, salt flats, over mountains, escarpments and peaks. Seven years ago I added a coaching focus, passing on the lessons I’ve learned to help others seeking to reach beyond their comfort zones discover their full potential.

But they don’t reflect even a smidgeon of the pain, sweat, tears, calories nor dogged determination required to achieve a goal that, until now, was deemed physically impossible.
Watch out glutes, you’ve been Grucox’d!

Interview with Kelvin Trautman
Kelvin Trautman is renowned not only for his athletic prowess of running up near-vertical slopes on the heels of race leaders, but for his mastery of adventure photography across the globe. Kelvin the photographer has carved a name for himself internationally in less than a decade, but Kelvin the man remains the humble, modest, tousle-haired Kelvin we know and love. This is an interview with one of South Africa’s crème de la crème of action photography.
